Koni Management is the property-management brand of Koni Connection LLC. We manage long-term residential rental homes in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and communicate with residents and other people who contact us.
Information we may handle
Depending on your relationship with us, we may handle:
- contact information, such as your name, phone number, email address, and mailing address;
- rental, lease, account, and payment records;
- messages and other communications with us; and
- documents, photos, or other files you choose to send.
How we use information
We may use this information to manage rental homes, respond to questions and requests, maintain rental and accounting records, support the security of our operations, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers and required disclosures
We may use service providers for hosting, databases, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and payment processing when those services are used. They may handle information as needed to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when legally required or when needed to protect rights, safety, property, or the integrity of our operations.
Website logs and cookies
This static website does not add tracking scripts or set cookies of its own. The hosting provider may log requests and related technical information, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and request time.
WhatsApp service in preparation
If WhatsApp support is enabled in the future, messages may be handled by automated software and by staff to help route and respond to resident questions. The WhatsApp service is not currently active.
How long we keep information
Retention depends on the type of information and why it is needed. Records may be kept as needed for rental management, accounting, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security.
Your request
You may ask about your information or request deletion by emailing aline@koniconnection.com with the subject Privacy / deletion request. We may ask for limited information to confirm your identity and locate relevant records. Some records may need to be retained for lease, accounting, or legal obligations.
